How are you getting to Dandelion? Please note below if you can give a ride to the event or if you need a ride to the event. If you need transportation to the event, please contact dandelion5.magic@gmail.com so that we can best accommodate your needs. Round-trip shuttle service from the Portland airport or bus/train station is $25/person.

Overnight accommodations (there are an ample number of beds available in the cabins, as well as a great amount of space for tents/camping): for our planning purposes, are you most likely to stay in a

  • cabin
  • tent
  • RV (there are no formal hookups for RVs, and very few spaces, so they are available on a first-come, first-served basis)

Special needs: if you need a wheelchair-accessible cabin, easy access to electricity for a CPAP machine, or other requests for medical/environmental accommodations, please let us know what your needs are for you to be safe and comfortable. Wheelchair- and general mobility-accessible cabins are relatively limited, but available; we will have to assign them on a first-come, first-served basis, unless other specific arrangements are made.

Thanks to the amazing work and generosity of Reclaiming witches in past years, there are a limited number of partial scholarships available for Dandelion 2012. It is our hope that we as a community can be transparent about money and can work together to share the available funds amongst ourselves so that all individuals who desire it may attend. May we dare to dwell in abundance...may we know beyond doubt that there is enough for all.

When considering your own scholarship request, please ask for what you need, holding the awareness that others will need financial support as well. Partial scholarships will be given in the order they are requested, and you don't need to explain why you need a scholarship. Please indicate if you need a scholarship to cover part of your enrollment costs for D5, and if so, how much you are requesting. You will be contacted by our scholarship cell to see if Dandelion 2012 can offer you a scholarship.

We are asking folks who are applying for scholarship to submit their registration form and pay the initial $100 deposit to reserve your space. If you have questions or need to discuss this further, please email: dandelion5.magic@gmail.com

Donations have kept Dandelion alive and sustainable and are most gratefully accepted. We are currently raising scholarship funds and offering opportunities to sponsor a witch. If you're able to share financial resources and support others in attending, please indicate the amount of your offering below.

Vendors should plan to bring their own vending tent and/or table as the designated vending area may not be sheltered. The vending fee is an item of your choice for the scholarship fund raffle and 10% of sales which is paid toward Dandelion 6. Vendors will be contacted by our vending cell.

Camp Adams' kitchen will provide us with all-organic vegetarian meals with omnivorous options. They are unable to provide meals for every possible dietary restriction, but are happy to work with you to make sure your particular needs are met. Please indicate below if you have specific dietary preferences.

If you have any special instructions regarding your emergency contact (e.g., don't use magical name, etc.), please indicate them here.

Please list any allergies (including environmental), medical conditions, etc. that medical personnel would need to know in case of emergency.

Please note that your $100 deposit is non-refundable. If you do cancel your attendance, your balance after the non-refundable deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation notification is received prior to 4/30/12, at 50% if notification is received prior to 5/31, and there will be no refund after 6/30.

Payments will be accepted by check or money order (Payable to "Reclaiming Collective") in US Dollars to:

Dandelion 2012
c/o Heather Horizon Greene
1410 NW 189th Way #1
Beaverton, OR 97006

You are also welcome to make debit/credit card payments online using our Paypal account (available on our website: www.dandeliongathering.org), however please include a one-time $15 fee for Paypal usage—even if you are paying in installments.

Full attendance costs are due by 6/30. You are welcome to pay in installments through 6/30. If you have not paid in full by this date, you will be assigned a $50 late fee.
